Do I qualify for a case ?

If you or a loved one was diagnosed with any form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after being exposed to Roundup, you could qualify for a lawsuit. Though monetary compensation cannot undo the pain and suffering you’ve had to endure, it can assist with medical bills and missed wages.
Specifically, it’s believed that gardeners, farm workers, landscapers and other agricultural workers could have been exposed to larger amounts of Roundup, and are at a higher risk for developing cancer.

Jonathan S. Damashek

Often found in a courtroom, Jon was formerly a trial lawyer for a firm which had obtained more than $1 billion in verdicts.  In 2002, he joined Jordan and Judd, preparing his clients' cases for trial and has won several multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of individuals and beneficiaries. “I like fighting for the American families against the large corporations and insurance carriers to help them recover what they lost in their lives,” he says. Jon's philosophy for helping each client is simple to understand, yet difficult for most law firm's to deliver on, "you must have total commitment to your client."  Jon is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in New York, and by way of co-counsel arrangements can represent families in all 50 states.

Jordan D. Hecht

Jordan first gained courtroom experience as a student at Cardozo School of Law, working in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. After obtaining his law degree in 1994, he began his career as working at a large law firm, enhancing his skills and learning tactics to help his future clients win their cases, or have matters settled quickly should the individual or family desire. “My goal is to make sure that victims of a large corporation's negigence who would not otherwise have access to the court have their voices heard,” he says. Jordan focuses his practice on catastrophic injury cases and manufacturers of defective products.

Judd F. Kleeger

Judd earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his law degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and has an extensive career representing individuals and families helping to pick up the pieces and get their lives back on track after an unexpected incident. Judd was the firm's lead attorney in the transvaginal mesh litigation, working with other lawyers around the country who represented more than 10,000 female victims of a defective medical product. Their settlement helped to pay for the latest medical treatments as well as provided significant monetary compensation to enjoy life after such an ordeal.

"We intend to hold Monsanto accountable for the poison they have provided to the public and sold at a profit. The evidence is favorable to our clients and we will fight to ensure those we represent have their day in court."

Judd was named into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100, and is a member and lecturer with several national trial organizations, and is a standing Eagle PAC member.
